The Farst Group, headquartered in Brooksville Florida, offers sales and marketing consulting services to companies nationwide.

With over 40 years of combined experience in business to business sales, technical marketing and graphic design services, our team understands the nuances of building an effective brand and delivering a compelling message for companies selling all types of products or services.

Additionally, The Farst Group offers a free, networking opportunity to our clients. Our clients are also our partners, and we continue to work together, even after the project is finished. Eric Farst

Eric Farst, President:
Eric Farst is the President and Founder of The Farst Group.  He has spent more than 15 years in direct selling and sales management assignments. His career includes sales and management experience with regional sales companies, national telecommunications firms as well as international manufacturing organizations. A career sales professional, he combines his disciplined work ethic with his extensive sales and management experience to help his clients build effective sales teams and channels.

Farst was born and raised in Mt. Gretna, a small town near Hershey Pennsylvania. He holds a BA in Economics/Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh and spent 8-years in the United States Marine Corps.

Eric is a volunteer with the Hernando/Pasco Hospice and the Spring of Tampa Bay. In 2004, Eric was awarded the Kid City Children’s Champion Award for “Tampa Bay Adult Volunteer of the Year.” He conducts seminars on “Career and Goal Planning” at a local college and is on the Personnel Stewardship Committee, a deacon and a Sunday School teacher at his local church.

With his skills in networking, he has focused over the years on the fundamentals of relationship selling as a critical element of an effective selling process.

Kim Sinatra, Vice President of Marketing & Development:
Born and raised in the Midwest, Kim has led technical marketing teams for over 10 years.  Her experience includes marketing communications, product marketing, and national sales. This combination of real-world sales and innovative marketing techniques makes her uniquely qualified to analyze needs and develop tools that garner immediate results.

At The Farst Group, Kim works with customers, as well as leads the marketing team, to ensure the vision of the client is captured with every service delivered.

Kim received her MBA with a focus in finance from Franklin University. She also holds a Bachelors degree in technical management and an Associate of applied science in electronic engineering technology.

Kim is an advisory board member at eWomen Network, and is active in many local networking groups.

Chris Chaffin

Chris Chaffin has worked with businesses for 15 years – consulting on marketing, IT, business productivity, and security. She truly understands the challenges of the business owner. She has also started and sold her own business. In addition to her consulting work, Chris is also on the board of two local non-profit organizations. Chris graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in Marketing.

Tricia McGough

Tricia McGough, Graphic and Web Designer:
Tricia has a unique combination of degrees from the University of Pittsburgh in both Studio Art and Business Administration. After college, she settled into a job at Brown University, working within the Annenberg Institute for School Reform, where she learned the art of synchronizing graphic design and web site development.

Since departing from academia, Tricia has been designing graphic and web creations. She now lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and three children.

Crystal Black, Search Specialist:
Crystal Black has over 15 years experience with web technologies. With a BA and an MA from Virginia Tech, Crystal has stayed on the cutting edge of the latest web developments including SEO, SEM, and analytics,  and maintains web and other outbound marketing activities for a number of non-profit and for profit businesses. Crystal understands both the back-end and the front-end of your web site and can help you understand how to make it easy to find and get you the traffic you need.
